Being a mom is amazing but it can be challenging when you just starting out. And one of the problems I encountered was low milk supply.
Not only because I didn’t know what to do before it actually started happening but also because I thought I was too small to have enough milk supply for my beautiful daughter.
That’s where I was wrong:
“Milk supply is not defined your body size nor your body type. It’s all about your diet and your habits.”
The fact is, you cannot be eating popeyes or mac Donald ever single day and expect your body to produce healthy milk for your little one.
And even though I was pretty healthy, I was not getting the key foods, vitamins and fluid intake to meet my daughter’s need.
Some stuff you are getting could be drying out your milk supply and some can give you enough milk so you can stop using formula.
And I’m in this process of learning. So I will be sharing what I’ve learned so far that gives me plenty of milk. I recommend you try them all out and see what works best for you and your little.
